Feeling a bit under the weather? Snuggle up and enjoy.

Directions

Into a large tea pot, add 1 earl grey tea bag, the zest of 1 orange and a 75g piece of grated ginger. Fill with boiling water and steep for 10-15 minutes. Strain and reheat to serve, sweetened with honey to taste. Makes 4 cups.
