Sugar free chocolate icing

Ingredients

100 g Sugar
100 ml Water
1 tsp Liquid glucose, optional
200 g Dark chocolate, dairy free, broken into chunks
100 g Kremelta

Directions

  1. Break the chocolate into chunks.
  2. Mix all ingredients together over a mild heat.
  3. Once smooth let cool and use for an appropriate occasion
