Lime and Sesame Coleslaw
( SERVES 12 )
- In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, fish sauce, sugar, sesame oil, lime rind, salt and pepper. Set aside.
- Arrange the cabbage on a serving platter and layer with the snow-pea sprouts, carrot, mint and coriander.
- Spoon over the lime and sesame mixture to serve.
