Pear, brown sugar and orange jam

Makes approximately 1 litre
- Peel the pears then quarter, remove the cores then dice.
- Put into a large saucepan with the orange zest, water, lemon juice and sugar.
- Bring to a simmer while stirring, then boil rapidly for 20 minutes. Stir occasionally to ensure the fruit hasn't stuck on the bottom of the saucepan.
- Pour the jam into warm sterilised jars then seal while still hot.
