Pasta with peas, chicken and spinach
( SERVES 4 )
Cooked chickens are available from most supermarkets. You can use plain, roasted chicken if you prefer, although this will make the dish slightly less flavoursome.
- Thaw peas. Remove chicken flesh from bones and chop flesh roughly.
- Cook pasta to packet instructions. Drain.
- Toss chicken, peas, spinach, lime juice, salt, pepper, chilli and oil through pasta.
