Ingredients

6 Chicken drumsticks
140 g Pizza sauce
2 cups Cornflakes, crushed

Directions

  1. Cut around the end of each drumstick and remove chicken skin. Spread pizza sauce over drumsticks.
  2. Place cornflakes in a small bowl and roll drumsticks in cornflakes to coat. Place on a baking paper-lined oven tray. Bake at 180 degrees C for 30 to 35 minutes or until cooked.
