Apple, pecan and cranberry stuffing
( SERVES 4 )
- Combine ingredients and mix well (ensure you chop ingredients well).
- Place onto lightly sprayed tinfoil and roll into a 21cm x 5cm wide log. Fold tinfoil over and chill for 1 hour.
- Preheat oven to 180C fan bake and cook for 35 to 40 minutes. Rest for 10 minutes.
- Serve with ham, turkey or chicken.
