Salmon and pesto pizza
1 large store-bought pizza base 1 cup tomato pasta sauce 185g can salmon, drained and flaked ½ cup grated mozzarella cheese Salt and freshly ground black pepper 1/3 cup basil pesto 1. Heat oven
- Heat oven to 200 degC. Place store-bought pizza base on a lightly greased oven tray. Spread base with tomato sauce, leaving the edges free of topping.
- Scatter drained and flaked salmon and grated mozzarella cheese evenly over the base. Season topping with salt and pepper, to taste.
- Bake pizza for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the topping is bubbling hot and the pizza crust is golden brown. Dollop with pesto. Slice and serve immediately.
