Hot potato salad
- Cook potatoes in plenty of boiling, salted water for 10 minutes or until tender. Drain well, then cut any larger potatoes in half. Place potatoes in a serving bowl.
- To make the salad dressing, combine sour cream, gherkins (finely diced), mint and dill in a small bowl and season with salt and pepper, to taste.
- Pour dressing over potatoes and toss well to serve while still hot.
