Honey muesli bars
- Heat oven to 170 degrees C fan bake. Grease a 17 x 27cm slice tin and line with nonstick baking paper. Combine muesli, raisins and cornflakes in a bowl.
- Place butter in a saucepan to melt. Stir in sugar and honey until sugar dissolves. Add flour and stir until combined. Pour over muesli mixture and stir to combine.
- Press mixture into prepared tin. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown and firm. Remove and allow to cool completely before removing from tin. Slice into bars to serve.
