Chocolate polka-dot biscuits
- Heat oven to 160 degC fan bake. Line two baking trays with nonstick baking paper.
- Place butter, sugar, vanilla and egg in a bowl and beat until pale and creamy. Sift the flour and cocoa over the creamed mixture and stir to combine.
- Roll into walnut-sized balls and press onto the baking trays. Press a few Smarties or Pebbles into the surface of each biscuit.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until the biscuits are golden
