Hot tuna and corn spirals
- Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water for eight to 10 minutes or until just tender to the bite. Drain well.
- At the same time, heat creamed corn in a saucepan for a few minutes. Add thawed spinach and the drained flaked can of tuna and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Add hot drained pasta to the tuna mixture and toss well to combine. Serve in bowls scattered with chives.
