Pizza with feta and olives
- Preheat oven to 220 degC. Place store-bought pizza bases on an oven tray.
- Spread bases with onion marmalade, crumble over feta and scatter with Kalamata olives,pitted dried oregano and parmesan cheese.
- Cook for 10 to 15 minutes until pizza base is golden. Top with rocket leaves and serve at once.
