Brown sugar and walnut shortbread
- Preheat oven to 150°C. Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add flour, cornflour and walnuts, then mix well.
- Roll into 2 logs and cut into 1cm slices. Place biscuits on a cold tray, prick with a fork and bake for 20 minutes.
- Dust with sifted icing sugar once they have cooled.
