Ham and cheese spiral wraps
Don't have time for a big lunch? Try these quick and delicious wraps - suitable for the whole family
1. Spread the tortilla wraps with the hummus (or other dip) and scatter with salad leaves (baby spinach, lettuce or rocket).
2. Arrange two slices of cheese and two slices of ham on each wrap, then season with a little salt and pepper.
3. Roll each wrap up tightly to secure the filling. Cut each wrap into four portions and pack into a lidded lunchbox container to fit securely (so that they don't unravel).
