Tuna & Asian Greens Stirfry
( SERVES 4 )
Heat Sesame Oil in a wok, add Onion, Celery, Bok Choy, Carrot, Snow Peas and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes, stirring continuously.
Add Ginger, blended Cornflour and Soy Sauce and cook for 1 minute.
Gently stir in drained John West Tuna, Chilli and heat through.
TIP: Add extra water for a saucier Stir Fry.
