Wellness broth (outfluenza!)

For those feeling a little under the weather, this broth will see you right. It is best made with a nutritious homemade chicken stock base.
- Heat chicken stock with grated ginger and turmeric root, a smashed garlic clove, the zest and juice of a grapefruit or lemon, the lemongrass root and the kaffir lime leaf or bay leaf.
- Strain out the solids and serve hot as a cup of feel-better broth.
