Lettuce with bacon and blue cheese dressing

Ingredients

½ large Iceberg lettuce
2 rashers Bacon
½ cup Blue cheese dressing, store bought, choose a good one
50 g Blue cheese, crumbled
½ cup Croutons, small

Directions

  1. Remove any untidy outside leaves from the lettuce plus the core. Cut the lettuce into 4 wedges.
  2. Grill or microwave the bacon until crisp. Crumble.
  3. Place the lettuce on a serving platter. Top with the bacon, the dressing, blue cheese and croutons.
