Lettuce with bacon and blue cheese dressing
( SERVES 4 )

Ingredients
½ large | Iceberg lettuce |
2 rashers | Bacon |
½ cup | Blue cheese dressing, store bought, choose a good one |
50 g | Blue cheese, crumbled |
½ cup | Croutons, small |
Directions
- Remove any untidy outside leaves from the lettuce plus the core. Cut the lettuce into 4 wedges.
- Grill or microwave the bacon until crisp. Crumble.
- Place the lettuce on a serving platter. Top with the bacon, the dressing, blue cheese and croutons.
