Blueberry bonanza smoothie
The kids I know love this smoothie because it’s bright purple. This recipe would feed one hungry adult or two children.
|½ cup||Frozen blueberries|
|2 Tbsp||LSA (Linseed, Sunflower and Almond mix), or ground almonds|
|1 tsp||Peanut butter, (I use Fix and Fogg) or almond butter|
|1 cup||Almond milk|
Blend all ingredients together in a blender until smooth. Drink immediately.
