Bourban and hokey pokey thickshake
( MAKES 2 )

Ingredients
3 cups | Hokey pokey icecream |
1 cup | Milk, or buttermilk |
100 ml | Bourbon |
1 drizzle | Caramel sauce, per thickshake |
Directions
- In the blender blitz the icecream with the milk or buttermilk and the bourbon.
- Pour into 2 tall glasses, drizzle with some caramel sauce and serve.
