Serve mash with toasted pide bread. It's good, too, swirled through this smoked fish spread.
|1 clove||Garlic, crushed|
|2 cups||Edamame beans, frozen without pods (from supermarkets and Asian food stores)|
|3 Tbsp||Rice wine vinegar|
|1 handful||Fresh herbs, (chives, mint or marjoram)|
|1 splash||Olive oil|
- Gently fry crushed garlic then add frozen edamame beans and rice wine vinegar and simmer until tender.
- Put into food processor with fresh herbs to taste and salt and freshly ground black pepper and blitz with a little olive oil to make a smooth spread.
- Serve spread with some toasted pide bread chips.
