Smoked salmon spread

Ingredients

250 g Sour cream
250 g Cream cheese
1 clove Garlic, crushed
4 Tbsp Cranberries, chopped
350 g Hot-smoked salmon fillets, broken into chunks
¼ cup Lemon juice
1 bunch Chives, chopped

Directions

  1. Place cream cheese, sour cream, garlic, cranberries, about 100g of the smoked salmon, lemon juice and some salt and pepper into a mini food processor.
  2. Whizz until well combined. Stir through the rest of the salmon and the chives and check seasoning.
  3. Refrigerate for a while before serving to let the flavours develop.

    The directions mention cranberries but this is not in the ingredients. Is this a mistake - should it be the garlic? or should there be cranberries in the recipe?

      Hi Niknak, Sorry about that - the recipe missed out 4 Tbsp of cranberries, chopped. We've updated accordingly.
