Peppered T-bone steak

Ingredients

1 Tbsp Black peppercorns
1 T-bone steak
1 Tbsp White peppercorns
1 Tbsp Szechuan peppercorn
1 Tbsp Pink peppercorns
1 to fry Oil

Directions

  1. In a mortar and pestle, crush all the peppercorns.
  2. Season 1 large T-bone steak with flaky sea salt and liberally coat with the peppercorns.
  3. Heat a little oil in a frying pan or griddle and quickly sear each side of the steak until coloured. 
  4. Place pan in a hot oven for a few minutes, then remove and rest. Slice to serve.
