Superdupafood Smoothie

My superdupafood smoothie give you half your daily fruit and veg, and a vitamin immunity boost.

Ingredients

2 Golden kiwifruit, skin off (or on....your choice)
2 handfuls Frozen berries, strawberries/rasberries/blackberies are my fav
½ tsp Cinnamon
½ tsp Ground ginger
½ tsp Ground turmeric
1 tsp Chia seeds
1 Tbsp Rolled oats
1 tsp LSA (Linseed, Sunflower and Almond mix)
150 ml Almond milk, or to cover

Directions

  1. throw it all in and blitz until smooth
