Slow cooked meatloaf dumplings

my 4yr old daughter is extremely fussy and this is a great meal to hide veges in. I'm also a mum of two which means i need meals that are easy to prep. using a slow cooker also means that when we are madly getting the kids ready for bed i don't have to be trying to prep and cook dinner at the same time.
|1 cup||Self raising flour, dumplings|
|¼ tsp||Salt, dumplings|
|1 tsp||Baking powder, dumplings|
|2 Tbsp||Parsley, chopped, dumplings|
|½ cup||Milk, dumplings|
|400 g||Mince, meatloaf|
|1 whole||Carrot, (grated) meatloaf|
|1 whole||Parsnip, (grated) meatloaf|
|1 packet||Onion soup mix, meatloaf|
|2 tsp||Curry powder, meatloaf|
|2 tsp||Turmeric powder, meatloaf|
|1 cup||Rolled oats, meatloaf|
|¼ cup||HP sauce, meatloaf|
|¼ cup||BBQ tomato sauce, meatloaf|
|½ tsp||Garlic salt, meatloaf|
|¼ cup||Milk, meatloaf|
|1 Tbsp||Soy sauce, meatloaf|
- add all meatloaf ingredients into a large bowl and mix thoroughly. place ingredients into crock-pot. cook on low for 5 hrs.
- after 5hrs increase slow cooker to high and drop spoonfuls of dumpling mix on top. Dumpling: put flour, baking powder, salt and parsley into a bowl and mix. pour in milk to make a soft dough.
