This is a recipe I only cook for special dinners ,so there are a lot of great memories !

Ingredients

2 fillets Beef
1 packet Blue cheese
½ cup Dry white wine
2½ bottles Cream
0.2 dash Extra virgin olive oil
15 long Green beans
2 servings Potatoes

Directions

  1. Sauce for your fillet. In a small pot melt blue vein cheese ,wine and cream slowly till all melted and combined .easy
  2. Cook your beef fillets with a dash of New Zealand beautiful olive oil to your liking , and serve with fillet smothered in sauce ,with a side of creamy potatoes and fresh green beans !!!
